FAQ

Can you come to my office to photograph headshots?

Certainly! You are in a familiar environment which makes for a more relaxed shoot.

My team are busy, how long does it take?

We have an initial consultation with you or your appointed project lead. We create a detailed schedule for each team member and require approximately 10 minutes of their time.

I hate posing, will you make me feel comfortable?

Nothing gives us more satisfaction than producing images for people who think they are not photogenic. We are passionate about creating a relaxed environment for your shoot.

How long until I receive my photos?

Images are delivered in 3 to a maximum of 5 days for larger jobs. We have express services available for all our packages if you need your images sooner.

Can I see my headshots on the day?

We have a monitor facing you which displays the images as we take them. This gives you immediate feedback and instills confidence as you see them come through. We shoot directly to a connected device and you choose your winning shots immediately after your session.

What if I am unhappy with my headshots?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your images, we keep shooting until you are. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so you can have every confidence in the result.

What are your payment terms?

Our terms are 30 days. For events or headshot bookings for more than 3 staff there is a $200 booking fee which is deducted from the final invoice.

What if I need to cancel my shoot?

We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your shoot. If this is the case please let us know as soon as possible. There is no penalty for cancelling and any deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. However for missed appointments where we weren’t contacted prior, applicable deposits are non-refundable

What if I am late for my appointment?

Please try to be punctual and ready to start posing at the scheduled time as we often have several bookings a day. If you are late it may cut into your session time if there is a booking immediately after you

How do I prepare for my shoot?

We will guide your through every step of the process. After we determine your branding and technical goals, we send you documentation to guide you through final planning and preparation for your shoot.
